How long does it take to connect a page?
You authorise once through Facebook and the pages you manage — plus their linked Instagram business accounts — drop into your list automatically. There are no tokens to paste and no technical setup.
What exactly does the free trial include?
Seven days or 500 processed comments, whichever comes first. Every feature is available during the trial and no credit card is required. When the trial ends, new comments still arrive in your inbox but automatic moderation pauses until you choose a plan.
Can you moderate organic TikTok comments?
You can fully manage TikTok ad comments — read, hide, delete and reply. For organic video comments the platform only permits monitoring, so you will see them in your inbox but the action itself has to be taken inside TikTok.
Do AI replies go out on their own?
No. AI only prepares a draft, and nothing is published until you approve it. You can edit the text before sending or discard it entirely.
Which languages does the AI understand?
Classification is language-agnostic — sentiment, spam likelihood, buying intent and complaint are labelled in whatever language the comment is written in, including mixed-language and transliterated text. Keyword and profanity lists are yours to define per page, so you can run one list for English and another for your local market.
Is my data safe, and is this GDPR compliant?
Our servers are in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the European Union. Connections are made through OAuth, so your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok password is never entered into WoComment and never visible to us. Access is limited to the comment data of the pages you authorise, and you can revoke it at any time from the platform's own settings. What if a filter hides the wrong comment?
Every hidden comment stays in your panel and can be unhidden with one click. Add resellers, partners or loyal customers to the allow list to keep them out of every filter, and test new rules in the playground before they go live.
Can I manage several brands from one account?
Yes. Pages and team members are unlimited, and each page has its own moderation settings. Agencies can bring every client page into one panel and invite colleagues at no extra cost.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, comment records are removed according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy, and the access tokens for your connected pages are revoked and deleted. You can also disconnect a page at any time without cancelling your plan.
