Billing and charges
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars through Stripe. Your card is charged when you start a paid plan and then automatically at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel. The free trial lasts 7 days or 500 processed comments, whichever comes first, and does not require a card. Prices are shown on the pricing section of our home page. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Our application servers are located in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union). Details of our sub-processors and retention periods are in the Privacy Policy.
